1. Membership Refunds
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial membership purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided.
2. Class Booking Refunds
If you book a class but are unable to attend, you must cancel at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time.
3. Personal Training Refunds
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a personal training session, please provide at least 7 days notice. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe.
